WEIGHHT LOSS


First a fall we have the need to have
a proper suggested diet why because
the body it self need proper balanced
nutritions food, which may contains
nutrition, minerals, carbohydrates ect
one thing is most important to controll
the existing cute measured body and those who are ubnormal

who needs weight loss, its suggested to have a good breakfast early in the morning within one hour or one and a half hour , have strong lunch with low fat food for sustain ur energy running 30% of the energy needed to our human body to run us the entire day
we have take dinner atleast 3 hours before with low fat food, never go to bed for sleep in mean while with full stomach,
                                               Atleast have 2 to 3 liters minium with in the whole day that is compalsory which helps you to burn the calories in your body more effectely and to get rid of toxins. go to bath before so that u will be relaxed and after having go for a slight walk with your pet in your lovely green lawns so that when u reach bed  u will enjoy sound sleep, its suggestable that have a book reading so that u feel going for a fast sleep and u will feel active in the early morning. and now ur role is to mould ur body slim nor faty for that,
                                         Exercise is the key for ur body,  By exercising your body gets an advantage of many physiological benefits such as:
1)   Weight Control by elevating your metabolism so that you burn more calories daily
2)    Improvement in your self-image and self-confidence.
3)     That Boost in your energy level.
4)      Strengthening of your heart and lungs.
                                         And now make friendship with calcium  to avoid and to control the fat level and make a sheduel that minium 1 hour exercise physical or mental in part of the life so that u glow like a orange,
                                                                   Make a habbit to have as much as calcium in ur diet so that,  Calcium is a crucial element for bone metabolism, calcium defency is a very commen in the world today so better to have fruits like orranges, papaya, soyabeans, tofu ect
